The Congress Plaza Hotel offers stunning views of both the city and Lake Michigan, making for a truly unforgettable experience. The Belmont room provided the perfect setting for savoring a cocktail while soaking in the breathtaking cityscape. The hotel's historic charm and attentive staff added a welcoming touch to my stay, making me feel right at home in the heart of bustling Downtown Chicago.

The long hallways in the hotel may require some extra walking, which can be a minor inconvenience for guests with mobility issues.

The hotel's location was particularly good, just a short walk away from attractions like the Art Institute and Millennium Park.

I was there for 2 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant for breakfast.

As for me, the area was very busy.

the hotel is very clean and convenient - with a large room. it's super close to all attractions, and the doorman is exceptional.

The excellent and amazing location was really close to an American museum. Overall it was well furnished with a view of grant park. I stayed here for 6 days and would stay here again.

Stayed in a recently updated room with a nice view of the lake. the bathroom was big and had everything we needed - a shower, hairdryer, and fluffy towels for a cozy experience. 🚿

We had a fantastic time at Congress Plaza Hotel Chicago, with its perfect location near Lake Michigan, where we enjoyed long walks along the picturesque lakeside trail and spent sunny afternoons at the numerous beaches. The hotel's proximity to major sports venues and top-notch theaters made our family trip filled with entertainment and unforgettable experiences.

My wife says that having a designated play area for children would have made our stay even more enjoyable, providing a dedicated space for kids to have fun and burn off energy after long days of sightseeing.

Luxury and fairly clean property with terrific service and reasonable value. Always pleasant stuff, free wake up calls and ironing available. Great restaurant for breakfast.

The property is top-class. the staff at the reception desk are caring and particularly helpful. - the location is central. - Osaka Sushi Express is located only a short distance from the hotel - definitely recommend trying the food there.
